microsoft reader

Hi all,
I joined the fictionwise site, and they do have some mp3 files, but not near as many as they do other formats, such as microsoft reader. Looks like in order to make the most of it, I will at least have to download secure microsoft reader. They say you can download books in the secure format, whatever they mean by that. Does anyone on here use microsoft reader, and if so, does microsoft reader have its own voices, or does jaws still do the reading, and if so, how well does microsoft reader work with jaws?
